Research & PublicationsMy current personal area of research is in surveillance. Specifically I am interested in developing tracking mechanisms which successfully track every pixel associated with moving objects. When starting this work I found that the ground truth available was simply inadequate so fixing that problem is my current focus. My research interests (historically at least) span much of the field of computer vision. I am currently supervising work in segmentation and in mean-shift tracking. My research publications are listed below in reverse chronological order (i.e. the ones at the top of the list are most recent). Click on a research topic for a list of publications in that area.
