I am now a compiler engineer in Cadence Design Systems, Ireland. I finished my PhD study in Dept. of Computer Science, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, under supervision of Dr. David Gregg, who is leading the Software Tools Group. My PhD thesis is submitted but PhD viva is not done yet.

I have long standing research interests in parallel programming models for both shared memory (e.g. OpenMP, Cilk.) and distributed memory systems (PGAS model, e.g. UPC; MPI).

I am a member of  HiPEAC Student (European Network of Excellence on High Performance and Embedded Architecture and Compilation), Lero (The Irish Software Engineering Research Centre).

From June, 2015, I officially use my English name, Jason, for better communication with non-Chinese speakers. Because it is hard for these smart guys to remember my Chinese name.
