About Me

I am a Ph.D candidate, supervised by Dr. Martin Emms in the School of Computer Science and Statistics, Trinity College Dublin. I did MSc in Computer Science with Speech and Language Processing from The University of Sheffield, UK. I have a Bachelors of Engineering degree (2002-2006) from Anna University, India. Further I was associated with Ditech Networks (now a part of Nuance Communications), working on the Voice to Text platform.

Research Interests

My current research involves Diachronic analysis of word senses (sense disambiguation of single word and multi-word entities over time by unsupervised means, otherwise told as sense induction/discrimination over time). My PhD is funded by the Centre for Next Generation Localisation (CNGL) at Trinity College Dublin.

Other research interests include but are not limited to distributed semantics, topic modelling and graphical models
