VFX and Animation Summit 29-30 November

The Inaugural Irish VFX and Animation summit will be held in Dublin's Lighthouse cinema and Science Gallery on 29-30 November. The event is co-organised by Eoghan Cunneen a former graduate of the MSc IET programme, now Lead Pipeline Technical Director with Framestore.

There will be a talk on Thursday 10th of October, presented by Prof. Hannes Vilhjalmsson of the Socially Expressive Computing Group [http://secom.ru.is/], Reykjavik University on Avatars and Virtual Agents. Hannes is an expert in virtual agents and has previously worked at MIT and USC and has co-founded two serious games companies: Alelo Inc.in LA and MindGames, Iceland. Read More
