Applications open for the 2017 EIT Health/ACM SIGCHI Summer School 2017 March 13

Applications are invited for the 2017 EIT Health/ACM SIGCHI Summer School on User-centred Design of e-Health and m-Health


Dr. Gavin Doherty of SCSS, together with Prof. Jan Gulliksen from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and a number of collaborators, are running a Summer School on the Design of e-Health and m-Health systems.

A range of internationally leading contributors on the design of medical devices and healthcare technologies will deliver the summer school over two weeks, the first week at Trinity College Dublin, and the second week at KTH in Sweden.

The summer school is targeted at researchers and innovators from human-computer interaction and computer science, health sciences, and psychology. Bursaries are available to help cover travel costs.

Where: Dublin, Ireland and Stockholm, Sweden.

When: First Week of Summer School: 26-30 June, 2017 (Dublin)

Second Week of Summer School: 21-25 August, 2017 (Stockholm)

Deadline for applications: Friday, 17 March, 2017
