Role Description

At EnerNOC we are always looking to find and grow 'full stack' developers. To us this means somebody who understands (or wants to understand) how the whole system works from Solution Design -> OS -> Databases & WebServers -> Scripts & Apps -> Networks & the Internet -> Customers.

About the Role:

  • Developing software applications using a variety of technologies through the AWS platform
  • Working in small teams using agile methodologies to deliver rapid & frequent outputs
  • Learning to identify tech solutions that deliver business outcomes
  • Working virtually with other talented technologists across the globe

About You:

  • Understanding of AWS or other cloud based platforms
  • Interest in & exposure to web application development technologies (e.g. Node, Scala)
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies including VPN/APN and Firewall
  • Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • A demonstrable enthusiasm for working with new and ever changing technologies
