Dr. Arthur White

Assistant Professor in Statistics

Hi.

Research

My primary area of research involves developing novel methodology for model-based clustering (MBC) methods in the field of computational statistics. More recently I have begun to work on adapting and applying state of the art statistical methodologies to problems related to health economics, and I have also worked to facilitate statistical analysis in interdisciplinary settings in astrophysics, civil engineering, education, and medicine. Currently, I advise the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics (NCPE) on best practices when performing and assessing statistical analyses during the health technology assessment of pharmaceutical products for the HSE.
