Jason Wyse

 

Bio

 

 I am an Assistant Professor in Statistics in the Discipline of Statistics and Information Systems at the School of Computer Science and Statistics, Trinity College Dublin. I am interested in computational statistics, especially Bayesian computation. Applications of statistics in medicine form an key part of my current research. In particular, combining health data arising from multiple sources to improve patient care. I am an academic collaborator in the ADAPT research centre.

I have acted as a reviewer for a number of journals and conferences including Journal of Computational and Graphical Statistics, JRSSB, JRSSC, Bayesian Analysis, Pattern Recognition Letters, Annals of Applied Statistics, AISTATS, COMPSTAT, Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, Royal Society Open Science, NIPS, Electronic Journal of Statistics, Journal of Data Science, Scientific Reports, Communications in Statistics.
